Gerrard Property Group buys properties in need of refurbishment, restores them to a high standard, then sells them or keeps them as quality rental homes.
Who we work with
We look at homes that are dated, run down or only part finished, and we buy through our own limited company.

How we work
We look for properties that need refurbishment and have room to add value.
We buy through our limited company, with finance arranged and solicitors instructed.
Work is planned and budgeted up front, then carried out to Building Regulations.
Finished homes are sold on the open market, or refinanced and let as long-term rentals.
Our own project
This was Helen's hair salon, Chez Gerrard Hair and Beauty. We stripped it back and rebuilt it as our family home, keeping a commercial unit on the left-hand side. The title is split, so the property is registered as two separate buildings.
About us
Gerrard Property Group is run by Tony and Helen, who already run two salons and a Japanese head spa business. Property is the next stage in building something lasting.
We take on one project at a time, give each one proper attention, and deal with sellers, solicitors, lenders and tradespeople directly.
